Customer requested to be able to see through the broken windows and wanted other options than a traditional board up for just security so we used acrylic plastic sheathing.
5 windows total were bricked. They were double pane swing out windows, size 7×2.
We removed existing damaged tempered glass and frame to secure acrylic properly and for a better overall appearance. While performing the temporary repairs 10 feet away is a breakfast restaurant eating outside, so we needed to control the glass as it was broken out.
Temporary windows were secure with 4 ft ¼ inch metal strapping to not only secure the property but also for a better look.
