When I contacted Emergency Response Services, Levi responded right away. I was talking to the expert in less than 24 hours, and they were on site the next day. I was impressed with their responsiveness. Levi and a technician did an assessment of the damage caused from the overflow of rainwater that came up through the drains. We had about 700 square feet flooded with a few inches of water. They really know their business, and had solid informed recommendations right away. They did a complete moisture map of the affected area. I especially appreciated the integrity of Levi, telling us honestly what steps had to be taken and giving us options for saving money. Perci from ERS came out to my house to investigate a water mark on my lower level ceiling (the ceiling is dry walled). Perci and his partner believe the issue is coming from a gas chimney flue. They even went up on the roof to check it out. Probably with all the rain and wind this spring/early summer of 2024 it allowed water to drip down the side of the chimney. So I need to find a roofer to look into this. The good news is that the water spot is completely dry. And there is no evidence of any mold. Perci checked for me. My synopsis of ERS based on my experience with Perci and his teammate is that they are a reputable company. I would not hesitate to call Perci and ERS if I ever require their services. They would be the first company I call.

We had a very terrible frozen pipe water leakage problem on the New Year’s Day. Thankfully they were able to come to our house very quickly and set up their equipment (10+ industrial blowers and 2 giant dehumidifiers) help remove the water. They are very professional, they had more equipment in their truck, but our power couldn’t handle more. They came every morning to monitor the status. They provided a lot of good advice! All of the workers are extremely nice, responsible and good communicators. 2021 didn’t give us a good start but ERS saved us!

Had water damage from roof leak in several ceiling areas. ERS was quick to respond to our situation. I especially loved that they covered all floors and surfaces to keep the dirt/dust containment to a minimum. We had workers every day, from start to completion and they finished in the time frame stated. Was thankful for their cleanup crew each day, as they never left a mess. Workers were courteous and respectful of our household belongings. Would definitely, and have recommended them, to several people.

During a bad snowstorm last year where everything was shut down, I had one of my duplexes completely flood in the basement with raw sewage and water high enough to destroy my water heaters, washer and dryers and all my walls and flooring. ERS came out immediately and took care of everything like it was their own home. Coordinating workers for the water mitigation portion, contractors for water heaters immediately so my tenants would have hot water and all the contract workers to restore walls and floors. It was absolutely devastating but Lori Cheever, my project manager from ERS took care of everything and I felt no stress because of how well they were taking care of every detail without having to be chased down. I am so grateful that I found Lori and this company when I needed them.
