“We had a very terrible frozen pipe water leakage problem on the New Year’s Day. Thankfully they were able to come to our house very quickly and set up their equipment (10+ industrial blowers and 2 giant dehumidifiers) help remove the water. They are very professional, they had more equipment in their truck, but our power couldn’t handle more. They came every morning to monitor the status. They provided a lot of good advice! All of the workers are extremely nice, responsible and good communicators. 2021 didn’t give us a good start but ERS saved us!”
