Water Out® Trailer – trailer mounted drying system
-

This unit improves over conventional dehumidification processes in many ways. The most important improvement is time. The sooner a flooded building can be dried the greater the benefit to the property owner and insurer. Most building contents will not be ruined by the effects of water, providing they are quickly dried. Valuable time, building contents and costly reconstruction can be saved using Water Out®. Moreover, the likelihood of mold and fungal growth is greatly reduced with rapid drying.
-A single Water Out® trailer will remove 100 pounds of water per hour and use a fraction of the electricity required for either refrigerants or desiccant dehumidifiers. One Water Out® trailer uses 115 volts at 9-14 amps, about the power consumption of a typical household appliance
-Water Out® uses fresh outside air as the drying source. The outside air is conditioned within the Water Out® trailer and introduced into a flooded building at about 2%RH (relative humidity). This super-dry air is circulated through a flooded building and then exhausted to the outside. This "open drying" concept leaves a clean, dry building in only a few days.
Moisture Manager Trailer – trailer mounted drying system
-This moisture removal unit operates on the same principles as a conventional low-grain refrigerant (LGR) dehumidification unit; however multiplying the drying power by 10. Also, the unit uses cool air exchange making it ideal for situations where heat could damage the structure or the contents within.
Xtreme Xtractor®
-A self-propelled, weighted extraction unit with variable speeds that removes up to 95% of water from the carpet and pad simultaneously. The Suction Roller provides both suction and compression--forcing water to the surface then extracting the water away, not allowing the water to be reabsorbed back into the carpet and pad. No other extractor today can pull as much water from the carpet and pad as the Xtreme Xtractor®. By using this unique water extraction system we are able to save both the carpet and pad instead of replacing them.
FLIR® Infrared Camera
-A state-of-the-art infrared camera that detects all moisture, monitors the drying process, and confirms that all moisture

has been removed.
-Offers a noninvasive means of monitoring and diagnosing the condition of buildings. It provides immediate documentation of as-built or post-restoration quality, post-casualty cause and origin data, plumbing and building envelope water leakage, and post-flood and fire water-damaged material assessment.
Wall Drying
-The Octi-Dry® system is a positive displacement blower that forces air into or out of wall cavities under positive or negative pressure, drying walls faster, from the inside out!
Ceiling Drying
-The Injecti-Dry® system is a positive displacement blower that forces air into or out of ceiling cavities under positive or negative pressure, drying ceilings faster, from the inside out!
Floor Drying
- Innovative, non-destructive method for removing water from porous surfaces. Vac-It®panels remove moisture from hardwood floors fast, reducing cupping and crowning. This system enables us to save the flooring which eliminates the high cost of removal and replacement.
Xtreme Team
-The Xtreme Team is a national collaboration of carpet cleaning, extraction and restoration business owners and technicians who have committed themselves to developing our industry and their companies. The team has a set of communication tools available to share knowledge and receive support, answers and recommendations to the various problems which arise in the day-to-day operation of their restoration business.
